This spring, we stood up, we spoke out, and we delivered.

From public safety to affordability, the BC Conservative Caucus made your voice heard — loud and clear.

We:

  • Exposed the chaos of so-called “safe supply” and how it’s harming kids and communities.

  • Fought back against American renewable diesel being dumped into BC — and saved northern jobs.

  • Demanded answers on why U.S. coal travels tax-free through BC, while our own industries are punished.

  • Passed common-sense bills, like reforms to help parents and families.

  • Took on unfair building rules driving up housing costs and fought for affordable homes.

  • Protected rural communities from unreliable power shutoffs.

  • Kept the pressure on until the carbon tax was politically, economically, and morally defeated.

  • Defended life-saving services like Angel Flights and fought for long-term funding.

  • Brought forward real reforms to fix mental health care.

  • Fought to end the Kootenay Ferry shutdown to bring service back for children and vulnerable seniors.

  • And stood firm against authoritarian overreach in Bill 7, forcing the government to walk it back.

We made history. A caucus of 41 introduced 11 Private Members’ Bills, advanced more than ever before, and passed one with unanimous support.

This includes Jody Toor’s Pro-Family Bill, which was the first in 43 years to pass second reading with unanimous support. That same Bill is now law.

We held this government to account. We defended British Columbians. We stood up for what’s right.

But we’re just getting started — and we need your support to keep going.

With your help, we’ll keep standing strong — and keep delivering results.

Thank you,

John Rustad,
Leader, Conservative Party of BC
