With over twenty years of experience as a leading residential and commercial realtor, Tim has gained a profound appreciation for the importance of housing and industry in creating a successful and abundant lifestyle for the citizens of Victoria and the province. His successful career in real estate is built on a broad vision and careful attention to detail, helping people achieve their aspirations and dreams.

Community Involvement

Tim has long been an advocate for the less fortunate while respecting and honoring those who came before. He has served as a long-time board member and chair of local and provincial real estate organizations, a founding member and co-chair of the Homeless Action Team for the CRD, and a director and chair of the Kiwanis Affordable Seniors Housing Society, which recently contributed 79 more affordable senior housing units in Victoria. Additionally, he has assisted youth in need through the Youth Empowerment Center and the Kiwanis House for young mothers, helping them acquire life skills for themselves and their newborns.

Tim's vision for Victoria-Swan Lake centers on creating a strong economy with solid educational options, bountiful jobs, and affordable housing. He believes these goals are fully attainable through sustainable environmental processes and a hard-working, empowered population.
