You're invited to participate in a FREE Ladies' Self-Defense Workshop to learn practical strategies and “street smarts” with VicPD Constable Sarah Kaufman who, in addition to being a Peace Officer, is a retired Canadian mixed martial arts (MMA) champion. After the one-hour workshop, enjoy healthy snacks, sports drinks, and an opportunity to meet Tim Thielmann, common-sense MLA candidate for Victoria-Beacon Hill.
