The Conservative Party of British Columbia (the “Party”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, supporters, donors, and other individuals who interact with us. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in compliance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

This policy does not apply to employee personal information or impose limits on the collection, use, or disclosure of business contact information or publicly available information recognized under PIPA and any other applicable privacy legislation.

The Party is accountable and responsible for personal information under its control. The Party has designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable overseeing our compliance with this policy and PIPA.

The above proposes are reasonably necessary in your relationship with the Party.
