This nomination form is strictly for the use of Conservative Party of BC leadership candidate John Rustad. Per the party constitution, leadership candidates must acquire the endorsement of 50 members in good standing. 

To be a member in good standing, an individual must be a member of the party for at least 21 days. 

By signing this form, you agree to endorse John Rustad in the following leadership contest and that you are a member in good standing.
