Keenan Adams is a dedicated community advocate and proud resident of Port Coquitlam, where he lives with his fiancée, Florence. Having called the city home since 2010, Keenan has built strong ties within the community and is committed to fostering unity and connection.
Career:
Keenan graduated from the BCIT Railway Conductor program in 2010 and began his career in the local railroad yard as a brakeman. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced to the position of locomotive engineer, where he not only excelled in his duties but also took on the responsibility of training new engineers. His passion for leadership and community service extends beyond the railroad, as he has also pursued a Public Relations diploma and engaged in union roles to further his impact.
Community Involvement:
Keenan's commitment to his community is evident in his active participation in local initiatives. He has volunteered with the Elk Valley Socio-Community and Economic Effects Advisory Committee and is a key participant in Port Coquitlam’s Adopt-A-Spot program, where he contributes to environmental conservation efforts. Through his work in the community, Keenan consistently demonstrates his belief in the importance of connection, collaboration, and serving others.
